We are recruiting: scullery hand (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Camas County, Idaho. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
