Crane operator wanted in Aiken County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Aiken County, South Carolina. You will be based at a landfill site. Day to day you will check for underground cables and services before digging; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
