Stainless steel welder • Butler County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Butler County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Your main tasks: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
