Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. The job is at a busy restaurant. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
