Site safety steward wanted in Gadsden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Gadsden County, Florida. You will be based on a high-rise building project. Day to day you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
