Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in King William County, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights Performance bonus on top of base pay.
