Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Clarendon County, South Carolina. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
