Spray painter (automotive) — Kaufman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Kaufman County, Texas. You will work at a dealership paint shop. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day to day you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
