We are recruiting: stitching operator (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Hamilton County, Tennessee. The role involves sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
