Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Vigo County, Indiana. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
