Crane operator — Borough of Torbay

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Borough of Torbay, England. The job is at a stone quarry. Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
