Trainee butcher — Isles of Scilly

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Isles of Scilly, England. You will work in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request. Pay around £120 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
