Safety officer • Ideato North, Imo State

Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Ideato North, Imo State. You will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
