Join our team: we are hiring a lorry driver in Iroquois County, Illinois. You will work at a haulage company. What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules The role involves carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
