Immediate opening: aluminium fitter (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Grimes County, Texas. You will be based on a commercial shopfront installation. What we are looking for: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
