We are recruiting: refrigeration and AC technician (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in East Lothian, Scotland. You will be based at an air conditioning service centre. The role involves wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits 5+ years on the tools preferred.
