Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Barton County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
