Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Day-to-day duties: • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
