You will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
