Bar bender and fixer wanted in Esmeralda County

Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements You will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
