Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
