Now hiring: cook (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
