Butcher — Gwagwalada

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
