Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jahun, Jigawa State. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
