Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Macon County, Alabama. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
