What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day to day you will feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts.
