Diesel mechanic wanted in Dubuque County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Dubuque County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends Requirements: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
