Gas pipeline fitter — Roscommon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Roscommon County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Six days a week, one day off.
