Retail butcher wanted in Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Marion County, Arkansas. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
