Rebar foreman wanted in Pamlico County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Pamlico County, North Carolina. You will work on a busy residential building site. Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Full-time with occasional weekends.
