Urgent requirement: we are hiring a beldar in South Tyneside, England. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Day-to-day duties: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Overtime paid at a premium rate.
