Dish pit attendant wanted in Dutchess County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Dutchess County, New York. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
