Elevator technician wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Jefferson County, West Virginia. You will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends.
