Bakery assistant — Ile Oluji/Okeigbo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
