Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Hancock County, Ohio. You will be based on residential and apartment building sites. The role involves set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
