We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Baldwin County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
