Immediate opening: earthmoving equipment operator (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Hillsdale County, Michigan. The job is on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs. You should have: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
