We are recruiting: gas appliance installer (Ondo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Akoko North West, Ondo State. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₦190,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
