Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Yolo County, California. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
