Day to day you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards. You should have: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Current Driver CPC qualification card Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
