Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Goodhue County, Minnesota. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
