We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Eastland County, Texas. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
