Join our team: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Pontotoc County, Mississippi. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Full-time with occasional weekends.
