Semi-automatic welder — Cibola County

Join our team: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Cibola County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
