Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
