Plant operator — Buckinghamshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Buckinghamshire, England. The role involves: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Six days a week, one day off.
