Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in City of Franklin, Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
