Butcher wanted in Caldwell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Caldwell County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Full-time, day shift.
