Urgent requirement: sausage maker (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Tunica County, Mississippi. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
