Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in Columbia County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands Six days a week, one day off.
